Casein peptone

With a relatively low iron content, this peptone is an important component in toxin production in vaccine and pharmaceutical productions. It is also an important ingredient in the formulation of culture media designed to determine antibiotic resistance (Muller Hinton agar and broth). Kosher & Halal certified.
