Use and description of Chromogenic MRSA agar :  

Medium for primary differentiation and indentification of Methycillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus strains. The medium uses different substrats to detect specific enzyme activities. Methycillin resistance coagulase negative staphylococcus (other than aureus) will grow with different color (grey-blue or white).
