Casein peptone

Totally soluble and stable in production, Tryptone V is often destined for use in bacterial toxin production, notably with bacteria like Clostridium and Corynebacterium. As a casein peptone, it can also be used for growth of lactic strains, probiotic strains and more generally for biomass production.

pH = 6,5 – 7,5
Sulfuric ash ≤ 18%
Chlorides ≤ 1,0%
